and I always feel my best on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday

    I need to be below say 17% bodyfat at least or I just want to die. The pump and doms just make me feel better but I don't need it. The "loose" and relaxed feel after swimming or yoga is even slightly more better.

    I don't feel like a person unless I'm fresh after a deload but before I've gone back to full volume workouts. Like holy shit do I work it so hard I don't even realize it until I've decompressed for a bit.
