Anyone every use pic related?

I just ordered a can. Every time after I workout I'm exhausted and incapacitated for 30 minutes to an hour, especially after running. I'm hoping if I use this I can be back to normal faster.

I have thought about buying this before, but I was reading some reviews that it's not pure O2, just canned air. Bumping your thread for additional opinions... I need to know if Oxygenmaxxing is the natty roid or not.

Yea, worst case I'm out 15$, best case I save 30 minutes of asthmatic incapacitation every workout forever for not too expensive. Even if I inhale like a third of the bottle every time would be worth it.

      Will update once it arrives.

        $15/can?
        Are you serious?
I see them in my area for $4.

      >I was reading some reviews that it's not pure O2
Obviously, because that would be poisonous and a flame hazard

Time in a hyperbaric chamber is clearly beneficial. I'd have to see evidence if this works as a poorgay option.

I don't think a nitrous high world be very conducive to lifting tbh

there is scientific and anecdotal evidence of dudes spending hours in tents of high oxygen to increase their red blood cell count before climbing mount everest and shit. but i have no idea something like your pic would work in the same way.

My logic is that because I'm breathing super heavy after my workouts I need more oxygen. Faster I can get muscles the oxygen they need the faster I can recover and do fun activities with, inshallah, my hawt bod.

if its actually pure oxygen then i can see it doing something but im a little wasted right now and not in the scientific mindset. at the very least itll signal to your muscles to remove carbon dioxide at a higher rate. again kinda wasted so idk if itll signal anything for lactic acid but if thats the case then id actually try it myself. lactic acid is a c**t

        >My logic is that because I'm breathing super heavy after my workouts I need more oxygen.
Your logic is wrong. You should try to extend your breaths instead of panting like a dog. Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds and after a while hold for 5 seconds before exhaling

What’s the verdict? Worth or no?

It helps tremendously when I feel like I can't breathe, the can says it's 95% oxygen and I believe it

Hmm, now that you mention it, I've been eating pescatarian since I can't get kosher meat where I live. I also recall the most energetic period of my life was when I was eating steak daily. My sisters are also all anemic, but I figured that's just because they get periods.

      Thanks anon, gonna get tested.

Fat guy here. I found one of these in a house I bought so I kept it in my car with the intention of using it when I was out of breath to see if it made a difference. I only mention my being fat because I didn’t use it after an athletic workout. More like I had to carry a bunch of shit for a while and I got back in my car winded. From what I remember I do think it got me back to normal more quickly than I was used to. I think you’ll have positive results. I mean it’s science.
