Anyone got some good exercises to build muscle on keto? I already fast and walk a lot and I’ve lost a shit ton if weight, but I want to start building some muscle.

He is a grifter and 100% ISN'T keto. Being a vegan bodybuilder is easy af, but a ketoschizo lacks energy because ketones are not NEARLY as efficient for your muscles than glucose is.
ketones are used by the brain and some organs. muscles use fat and glucose (which is made through gluconeogenesis from protein and fat on keto).
keto is beneficial for endurance exercise, similar for exercise with <1 min "sets", and worse for peak performance for stuff in between. although even for the things in between, eating keto for part of the training will still increase performance after switching back to carbs again.

I've done both at the same time. No hair loss. At the very least it then depends on if you're susceptible to hair loss or not.

search reddit for "hairloss losing weight" and you'll find even more results. but it doesn't really matter, keto isn't necessary for losing weight. most people should avoid processed foods and eat less often.

A bit, lol. I dont have any structured work out plan yet, but I’ve started to lift a tiny bit with dumbbells at home. I also do 3-4 sets of planks for 40-60 sec (I know, im weak)
