don't use a water pick on your tonsils lmao
you need a small hose you can plug into the tap and control the pressure to flush them out

I've had chronic issues (inflammation, pain, difficulty swallowing, stones, halitosis, etc.) with my tonsils for 1.5 years now. I've gone to a few doctors who sent me to get tested for a diagnosis to see whether it's viral, bacterial or cancerous, and all of the results came back negative/normal. It's gotten slightly better on its own, but it's not giving any signs that it will pass. I'm in a "modern" country where they're hesitant to perform tonsillectomies as they did in the past, but I'd seriously consider getting one if that were to guarantee that the problems go away. In any case, I'm scheduled to meet a specialist who, from what I was told, will probably perform a biopsy and/or send a camera down there.

Clove oil. 5 drops on your tongue 3 times a day. And drink a lot of water

        >Clove oil
I've done a few treatments with oils/extracts like this at the recommendation of a naturopath, and it only worsened the pain/inflammation. I've tried plenty of natural remedies on my own too--nothing's worked.
        >drink a lot of water
        I do.

I lived with frequent strep throat from ages 3-6 and my doctor at the time sent me to have them removed I haven't had any sore throat episodes ever since aside from a few flu/cold days once in a couple of years ( I'm 30 now).

I stopped getting them after I did a course of anti-fungals. So naturally I now assume that it's a fungal infection affecting you from your mouth and throughout your GI.

      please elaborate

Fungal infections are a much bigger issue than the typical useless idiot understands. If you have tartar on your teeth, athletes foot, other skin/scalp issues, auto immune issues and more, the cause is either fungal or parasitical in nature. Just imagine curing cancer with anti fricking fungals. Industry loses billions.

Can you tell me some more about the process? Is it a pill you get prescribed from your doctor? How long did you take it for and did you have to change your diet during the process?

What did you use? I'm going to start with flowers of sulfur irally for a few days. I have tonsil stones and maxiallary sinuses balls which are usually fungal in origin.

yes. I tried special diets, mouthwashes, etc and just kept getting them. I think if your tonsils naturally have deep folds then there's not much you can do. definitely try the other remedies in this thread first but I don't regret removing mine at all.

more broscience, but, gargle some hydrogen peroxide each night. that shit loosens and dissolves all kinds of things, including bacteria.

I tape two toothpicks together to make a super-toothpick, which I then use to precisely dislodge the tonsil stones

Yes. It was worth it. I sleep much better now also. Get them removed, recovery is only 1-2 weeks. Back to work in one week.
