Anyone have experience with Fadogia Agrestis and/or Tongkat Ali? Huberman seems to shill them as something that can increase testosterone.

      This. You also need to live a somewhat healthy lifestyle to get benefits. If you're sleeping 4 hours a night (assuming that's not normal and working for you already), drinking like a fish, masturbating 10 times a day, never get sun, etc. It will likely do nothing. Studies also have only been shown benefit for younger men too I think. Could be wrong

      I used them in combination for a while. Made me more energetic, more aggressive, hornier, started getting morning wood after years of not having that, women were more attractive, felt more boisterous and wanted to do young buck shit like wrestle and compete. I was/am currently almost certainly low T. Not on it right now because I'm fasting to lose weight and figured it would be a waste of the supplement if I wasn't eating. Will certainly continue to use them after I'm done losing to support healthy T levels. Life was pretty good for the short time I was on them. That's likely how I'm supposed to be all the time.

      Side note, also started looking at women as prey, and as nothing more than a vulnerable thing to get fucked. I single whiff of their scent made me feel like a shark smelling blood in the water. Had to avoid saying some tremendously dirty shit to them while I was on it. My only interactions with females were at work so I didn't want to get fired. I've seen that high T relentless sexual pursuit work for tons of my Chad friends and women like that sort of thing so long as you're not ugly as fuck. After I'm done and start eating and taking it again I will go somewhere socially neutral or to a club where I can be as dirty as I want to play the game as a normal/high T Chad for the first time in my life. I can feel it guys. I can smell the pussy in the air. I think this might be the first time I can go into a random public place and end up fucking a Stacy within a day or a few hours of meeting her.

    I tried Tongkat Ali for a while, this could all be placebo but it made me more horney, made me cum larger and thicker, but I didn't notice any effect on my fitness or motivation though. I only took it for about a month and stopped when I noticed my balls getting bigger.

    In my mind what's the point of taking some shitty version of TRT? You are likely getting more negatives than a light doctor administered TRT regime since Tongkan Ali is under studied and unregulated.

    If you are poor and really think you are low T (you probably aren't) give it a go, its super cheap if you buy it in powder form but tastes like dried shit.

    Tongkat yes. gayia idk it's new. I recommend pic rel for test boost without gear. I can not say if it actually increases test, but it did help my lifts, helped me cut while building muscle, and makes me horny as fuck (probably just the horny goat weed)

    Didn't notice any difference with Fadogia.
    Tongkat could feel sex drive go up significantly, so I knew it was doing something. Found when both were stacked I had made significant gains in the gym even though I had three months off.
    Could just be improved sleep though.

    Tongkat was very beneficial for me, better than boron, I've always been a hard gainer. But after 6-8 weeks of 5 days on 2 days off it gave me gyno issues so I quit, will try cycling it next time.

        Anger? Yes, daily I imagined beating people up. Channeled it to my workouts.

        Did you notice more gains?

        Yes, but I didn't get to work out 100% due to injuries, but in the exercises that I could do I was surprised at how much more I could do, particularly in the 10-15+ rep range. I don't have any numbers, but muscular endurance was way up. (I do mostly calisthenics). I also noticed posture improved automatically.

        Part of why I got so good results could be that I'm almost 40

    Supplements make a negligible difference to your t-levels vs lifestyle.
