No but I am taking Testosterone Cypionate and Trenbolone Acetate and I swear it scientifically increased my testosterone levels.
Fraud
So
you will never be a real chad.
You're right, I'm an unreal Chad. It took me 6 months to go from 115lbs 5'10 dyel skinny frick to 175lbs cut and shredded and get mires everyday. That would've taken an eternity doing it nattycuck style. I bust my ass in the gym no days off though.
I hear fadogia is toxic
Yes it can scientifically increase your test levels. What is your point? Afaik there were some studies that showed like ~150 increase in test levels.
You are aware that you can also naturally without any supplement boost your test levels? My test was under 300 ng/dl, but I fixed my sleep schedule and lost bodyfat and the next time I got it checked I was over 800 ng/dl. Didn't really feel any different tbh, I got it checked again because I wanted 3 consecutive low readings to get on TRT, well turns out I didn't fricking need it.
So again, the fact that you boost your test from 500 ng/dl to 650 ng/dl with tongkat ali is literally going to make a grand total of ZERO difference. Does it work? yeah. Should you take it? Probably not. If you have hypogonadism then supplementing it with tongkat ali, zinc, magnesium etc. to push you barely over from that low range could possibly have some positive effects but other than that it's a nothingburger. Natural test levels are natural test levels, you are not going to be lifting any more weight or putting more muscle unless you literally go roid dosage.
How fat do you have to be for it to have a negative effect on test?
I'm about 20% bf now, can getting to like 15% have a significant impact on test levels?
like 40% bro
Thank you for your anecdote sir
ProTip: If someone claims something can boost your test like gear and it isn't gear, its fake and they're trying to sell you some shit you dont need
>tfw i ordered them too
frick im falling for israeli tricks arent i
Why are you gays so against people taking tongkat ali? It's like 10 dollars a month. You even admit it raises test by 150. I have a hard time believing increasing your test like that has absolutely zero benefits.
Anyway I ordered some along with ashwaganda a few days ago to find out for myself and I recommend other people do the same. It was like 60 dollars for both 4 months worth of tongkat and 6 months of ashwaganda. So after a month or two I'll be able to know whether it helps or not. It's too cheap to not give it a try.
The problem is for how long, the half-life of the increase is so small you can't reap any of the benefit. All studies you find on these are on a group size of 10~ gays, you'd get more progress if you gave someone a sugar pill and told them it was a steroid.
Yeah, I've taken two cycles of it. Both times my numbers in the gym blew up. On the second cycle, I was eating properly and leaned out significantly despite gaining noticeable muscle and strength. It works. Don't take it if you are worried about your hair falling out (it will), if you are prone to anger/mood swings (it'll have you getting in fights), or if you're a horny weirdo (you'll be so constantly horny you'll have cum seeping out your pores).
>bought the ND 10% eurycomanone extract
>nauseous and tired after I took it
>extreme insomnia
>dropped my estrogen into the teens
kinda sucks tbh
I also got extreme fatigue taking this. What causes that?
Could be low e2
I have also seen speculation that it messes with cortisol
I been taking it, no bad effects afaik, its dirt cheap so even if it just ever so slightly raises test then it doesn’t hurt to take.
It increases overall test, but NOT free testosterone.
Protip: Free test is the only variable that matters, google it.
So basically, its a scam. And even more dishonest, as people who shill it know, once you get your bloodwork for overall test and see an increase you will tout them as heros.
Now go back and tell labcorp to include FREE test metrics (inb4 no change)
You're welcome.
