They're not dust specs, they're disruptions in the intraoptic fluid, vitreous. They aren't uncommon, they come and go; if they don't go or get worse then it might be disease.
>Little dust specs
They're bits of the lining of the retina that have shed. It can become a serious issue and you should get it checked out by a optometrist and go back for check ups every few years
It's supposedly protein chains formed in your eye juice. So in theory the only ways to change it that I could think of would be to give your eyes an oil change and replace the eye juice or inject something that would dissolve the chains.
Neither option sounds worth it to me unless you have them to the point of blindness.
It's interesting how flawed our perception of the world is when you think about it.
its natural and caused by collagen in your eye clumping up
the only way to cure this is to essentially drain all the goop from your eye and replace it with some artificial fluid
so its really not recommended unless its so bad you struggle to see
if its suddenly started getting really worse (and not like the same since childhood) you could have a more serious eye problem so you might wana get that checked out
This.
Floaters inside the eye gradually settle down at the bottom of the eye and become less noticeable. If it really bothers you, it's possible to break them down with a laser.

Then you’re just like me. Do you have -5 vision in both eyes and -2.5 with your astigmatism?

Anyone else got visual snow
They come and got, something to do with stress and collagen in the eyes
Visual snow is a neurological problem though
Yes, doesn't bother me honestly

There is no fixing floaters. Learn to look past them.
They went away entirely when I stopped eating bread and rice. It is probably an inflammation thing.
