Anyone know why once you start working out and get bigger after some time you start regularly getting shit stained underwear even though you don't feel like shitting. Like you might wake up in the morning and you find out your underwear is shitstained when you pull your pants down. Anyone know why this happens once you start working out and get bigger?

      Yeah I even wash my ass after taking a shit, wipping it with toilet paper and then washing my ass with a water soaked sponge and soap, with the harsher side of the sponge so that everything gets cleaned.

        Anon what is happening to you is probably what happened to me, but a lot of my stools weren't super solid so little pieces of shit would stay in my ass and I could either sit on the toilet for 30 minutes trying to get it to come out or just deal with it.

        What you need to do is wipe your ass several times a day. After the shower, whenever your asscrack gets sweaty, etc. You should be fine just doing this.

      I'm european, I had an even worse problem when I had a fibre filled diet, I was shitting brownish orange wet shit 6 times a day and my ass was full of shit. I'm now eating a less fibre and the problem has minimized.
