Anyone used psilocybin shrooms or amanita muscarias in your supplement or exercise regimen?

Either for microdosing or to get trippy.

I microdose a little bit of psilo and they help me last longer at the gym, and wondering if I could do this long term or if there are gains benefits. Or they might even help with recovery and chronic pain.

Come on I can't be the only one who tried this out

    It would probably increase your lifts if you don't trip too hard. It's amazing for cardio. I wouldn't risk amanita muscaria though. Those are really weird mushrooms. Ime they make you sleepy and give you strange dreams. Plus aren't you supposed to drink the urine you produce after consuming them to trip properly?

      I only taken muscaria twice, 1g each. I haven't felt any noticeable effect, but the first night I took it I woke up in the middle of the night - which never happens. I noticed that I had zero pain in my body, but idk if that's because of the muscaria or was just a random fluke. Second time I took it, also 1g, I didn't notice anything.

      I decarboxylate in lemon juice and might have overboiled it, so maybe that's why I didn't notice anything. Or maybe I didn't take enough.

      No, not necessary. You can make it potent and convert the ibotenic acid (which is what makes people feel sick and gives bad trips at high doses) to muscimol by simmering in lemon juice. Muscimol is what gives people the benefits they're looking for.

    I've done cardio on 1P-LSD, but generally wouldn't recommend weights due to propensity for injury.

    They don't help with recovery.

    Do psilocybin, fly alaric can cause nausea, negative bodily sensations might make you anxious for your first trip, which you don't want

      i've tripped a couple times with psilo already. I heard fly agaric isnt that if it's boiled in lemon juice and done at a low dose.

    gives me a lot of energy, as does lsd. I have done some hiking and construction work on micro doses. Havnt lifted weights but i think it might be worth a try.
