    OP, heed this: Women are not held to the same level of accountability as men. Every short – medium term decision they make is filtered through the ego and their emotions. Why do you think the fat acceptance movement is used almost exclusively by them?

    What you need to use on her is operant conditioning. No negative comments, but reward compliance with positive time, affection etc. and punish her being moronic By being aloof and slightly colder than usual. Lead by example. “Hey, come for a walk with me“, “ hey I saw this bodyweight thing on YouTube that’s supposed to XYZ, try it out with me it’ll be fun!” That lost one is essential; making it fun. Tick tock has a raped girls attention spans and everything Has to be enjoyable bc muh dopamine.

    It’ll be a long and difficult road ahead, but if this b***h otherwise treats you well, adds value to your life, you have nothing to lose. In fact, this is a vital skill to learn for any relationship management.
