Its just an expensive energy drink. Best use for bcaa's is put it in your drink as an energy drink during your workout. Don't fall for the high best proteine meme. bcaa can even slow your proteine intake after a workout.

Hello, i bought pea protein. I've since learned it's not good? Should i add bcaa to it? I bought 5kg pea so need to use it really. Is it really that shit?

The pea protein isn't as good as whey but it isn't complete shit. Don't worry about finishing it off
Fuck the texture is gross though right?

I haven't tried it yet, i bought it really cheap on bulkpowders. I have 2 scoops of whey left before I start. Should i take double pea protein or just the same as whey?

I don't see why not. It's a sealed container right? If it was a store and I had the receipt and bought it a few days prior I would be confident in returning it.

Anyway, as was stated it's still decent protein, don't throw it away or anything.

Anon, your situation is salvageable, you need to buy 5kg of rice protein since their amino acid profiles are complimentary

It isnt that bad, you have to add more water (30 or 40% more) than you would for whey protein, but other than that pea protein is perfectly adequate, this board has a hatred of non-animal alternatives - and pea protein is a little worse - but you'll be fine

Just buy whey protein where they didn't remove the BCAAs, problem solved.

BCAA's do nothing and it's hilarious that anyone buys them.
