    Weighted calisthenics on rings solve upper body.

    you need to do lots of reps to grow.
    Although you could squeeze push ups and pull ups for at least a year, it's better to get to one arm everything as fast as possible and grind that and add weight.
    For calisthenics it's all about high reps, even if you add weight

    They all switched to weights. Calisthenics ruined it's own image when every person who got efamous doing it also lifted weights and were on peds.

    I'm into calisthenics but I also lift weights. It doesn't have to be either/or. Why do people have such underage mentality is beyond me, just do what you like. Me, I mostly like weighted calisthenics, but you do what you like.

    worked for me. The problem with calisthenics is that you can very easily do it like a moron, like the 100 pushup challenge people. People don't learn the sport and stay stuck doing high-rep beginner exercises and no isolation
