        >Are Chiropractors a scam?
        yes

        >Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine[1] concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially of the spine.[2] It has esoteric origins[3] and is based on several pseudoscientific ideas.

        >Numerous controlled clinical studies of treatments used by chiropractors have been conducted, with varied results.[8] There is no conclusive evidence that chiropractic manipulative treatment is effective for the treatment of any medical condition, except perhaps for certain kinds of back pain.

      Yes.
Chiropractic was invented by a Canadian (red flag) who claimed to cure deafness with a spinal adjustment
They have no actual underlying mechanism of therapy. It's a bunch of chicanery. Read their textbooks and you will see.

      >morons who never went to chiro

I visit chiro any time I have back or joint pain that’s not resolving on own. The adjustments are meh but they teach physical therapy as well. Most drs will either do nothing or give you a cortisone injection which ruins joints.
There are bad and good ones. Start calling around.

      >Actual good advice
Chiropractors can give you a good idea on how to fix your posture and even offer physiotherapy but the "massage" stuff they do will be only temporary relief. To actually fix posture and other problems you will either have to do some weird gay yoga moves for a few months.

I didnt follow up my either because im moronic.
Either you yoga to fix or you learn that the problem is some unfixable thing and learn to cope with it. Wish you the best outcome OP

you think a chiro is my best bet for bad posture fixing? i'm not down to watch youtube videos just to find out im doing it wrong a week later

You're paying chiropractic prices for physio. You're a fricking clown.
Most doctors will point you to a physio. In Florida they will give you opiates.

At worst you’re out time and expense for 1 visit. It’s the sort of thing that either works immediately or doesn’t.

You're using up your maximum allowable benefits at an extraordinary rate.
Unless you have some magic insurance that has unlimited physio/chiro, which I don't even think extremely prestigious law firms will offer, you're throwing money in the hole.

Going in 4 times to resolve a shoulder issue is a world apart from weekly visits for backrubs. If I knew a good PT I’d do that but the only one I know is at the chiro office.

I hurt my back and could barely get out of bed for weeks, I went to a $20 chiropractor and they literally fixed my back and I was good as new the next day

It'd insane how much hate they get in the USA, its almost like "they" fear them because they won't have you hooked up on pills for the rest of your life. Literally every culture around the world practices chiropractic healing

They get a bad rap bc AMA shittalks them constantly and chiro practice is super inconsistent. Of course so are drs but they get a pass.

Chiropractors are huge fricking frauds. Look up the history. It’s basically voodoo. You have anterior pelvic tilt and correcting it is a fricking nightmare. Do a ton of core/ab work while maintaining posterior pelvic tilt and strengthen your glutes/hamstrings

They are a scam. They don't help and might even give you some disabling injury because they don't know what the frick they're doing.

I have a full gym in my apartment building with cycles and full equipment should i just hit that shit aswell? the israelitetubers i cannot trust and don't know who to believe
