    >there's no way I can break 2k calories right

Don't really know whether you are looking to break 2k or stay under 2k but if you have:

1.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken: 1120 Kcal
    6 oz bbq sauce= 290 Kcal
    4 round buns= 560 Kcal
    4 kosher pickle spears= 20 Kcal
    ==============================
    total: 1990 Kcal

For cutting you want filling low calorie foods like potatoes and chicken breast.

Crock Pot is the final redpill

These recipes are usually loaded with salt and sugar but typically they’re better healthier and cheaper than takeout

Would you guys just eat the meat with no bun? The best way is bread less?

Depends what my macros and calories for the day looked like. I’m not a no carb gay probably wouldn’t hurt to have one sandwich on a bun and the rest bun-less.

Im not of the opinion that carbs are bad so yeah, 2 buns. Keep in mind even if you eat 4 sandwiches with buns you are under 2000 kcal

I dunno, maybe just do more cardio instead of torturing yourself.

Carbs are good for you, moron.
        They enable high performance activity.
Type 2 muscle fibers are glycolytic.

I know you need carbs but I'm only eating them every other day and I had oats yesterday

What is your justification for this? This is a stupid fricking plan.

I already know that I can eat carbs safely while cutting but I want to try something else while trying to cut this time.
