I saw a nutritionist to get a precise % of my bodyfat and my true TDEE, but instead she used a diagnostic scale on me.
The results seems to be utter crap, in order from top to bottom of pic related, it is basically " weight; % bodyfat; mass bodyfat; lean mass; muscular mass; water mass; % water; bone mass; MBR; metabolism age; level of fat; IMC; % obesity".
So, it claim that I have a 11.9% bodyfat, which is impossible to me, here's the imgur link with some pics of me https://imgur.com/a/98Gf9RZ took at night, after meals and lost of water during that day though (I've been doing 5x5 since 3 weeks, before I was lifting weight randomly, tried to stay on maintenance or a little above).
Diagnostic scale are garbare right? Also they got my height wrong by 1 centimeter (she typed 182 centimenters, my height is 181), could change drastically the results maybe.
