I think, and I'd like to hear your opinions on this, that a donut is the single unhealthiest food ever invented. It hits every single red flag imaginable: ultraprocessed flour fried in seed oils and coated in sweeteners. Can it even get worse?

Here's the time proven teste: >Did I make it in my own kitchen myself with fresh ingredients?
It's healthy >Did I order them from the greasy corner stall in the mall where the rats keep vanishing misteriously?
Unhealthy
I made breadcrumbs with fresh bread and coated my chicken with freshly ground flour and the breadcrumbs, deep fried them in fresh pressed canola oil, dipped in chocolate which I made myself from fresh cocoa powder, vanilla, sugar, and lecithin, and ate that with a stick of butter battered in cornmeal and deepfried in the same oil.
You know, you say that, but there's clearly a disparaging health difference between homemade foods using butter, gluten free flour or corn, that you know just what it has, over a thing you bought with a 20% calorie discrepancy allowed by the US government fried in seed oils and vegetable oils over and over.
>fried in seed oils and vegetable oils over and over.
You know what that's a good point they're using that rancid seed oil for deep frying all day, whereas mine would at least be fresh and used only once or twice.
homie with the exercise it would take you to produce cook and raise just half the grocery list worth of shit needed to make whatever you making here, you'd be hard-pressed to gain a grammar.
It is bread (ultra processed flour bread) deep fried in vegetable oils, and coated in sugar. I think it may be THE worst thing you can eat in terms of nutritional value aside from like soda.
In terms of taste though. Bros.... Just make your own at home (I've tried 4 different apple fritter recipes and they all ended shit though, but to give up now is cope.)
It’s okay to eat the holes because they don’t have the circumfractal calories but DO NOT eat an normal donut, it will ruin you
It's fried bread OP.

You know what, you're right. I don't know how I didn't see it before. You should eat them every day. Half a dozen even shouldn't be that bad
