No. What you're talking about is not their protein bioavailability (which btw is around 70% for onions, so not really as bad as other vegetable sources), but rather how complete the amino acid profile is.
It's true that mixing legumes with grains makes the total amino acids complete, but that doesn't make their protein bioavailability (aka how much you would absorb) any better.
>mammalian hormones in plants
I eat more meat than than a pack of wolves so don't take it as a vegan vs meat eater thing when I say this sounds moronic.
they're not mammalian hormones they're chemicals in plants that happen to fit into the same receptor site as an estrogen molecule because it's a pretty basic shape that can immerge from a lot of sources unintentionally. We call them phytoestrogens that are part of a group of estrogen resembling chemicals that come from outside the body and bind to estrogen receptor sites called xenoestrogens.

Huh. Guess this testosterone synthesized from phytosterols doesn't actually do anything. Steroids obviously don't work. Guess this guy who got gyno from ingesting 6x the daily upper limit of isoflavones from soi milk also didn't happen
Damn. Okay. Is it still cool to eat sushi with my gay ass wife from time to time?

Yes, it's fine. The problem is when you make şoy protein isolate which increases the concentration of isoflavones by a factor of 9 over the raw bean, then add it in insane amounts to anything and everything you consume, so you end up consuming the daily equivalent of 20kg of sȯybeans worth of isoflavones when the average jap eats like 8kg/year.

Just keep your daily consumption below 50mg isoflavones per day at the absolute most

What's your point?
I got gyno at one point from drinking tons of milk to bulk
If I go off my estrogen blockers I'll get gyno from having too much test in my body (steroids)

My point is even stuff you anti-onions cucks like, like milk and meat can cause gyno just as much as onions
Tons of people get gyno for no reason at all
Avoiding meme estrogens is a joke; if you need estrogen control then take a pill, that's literally all that's required

I would wager that if you're American or Chinese then carnivore is probably the worst thing you can do for gyno that there is, what with all your livestock being filled with trenbolone
Anything green is cringe.

Delicious, good protein and fibre. Would be better if you could avoid GMO ones somehow
aren't they low in protein bioavailability though?
Why?
cus plant protein
That only matters if you snack on them by themselves. When eaten with other forms of plant protein than it’s absorbed perfectly.

Nah, soẏbeans have a DIAAS of about .9 which is really good for a plant.
