>Follow strict routine with certain movements, number of sets, and timed rest periods
>Barely break a sweat
Why is this?
When I just do whatever the fuck I want, I feel way more gassed.

because you have to confuse the body, right baby?
I think there is some merit to muscle confusion
There definitely is, but you have to be on a single program for a few months before you can switch up the sets and reps to make it work. If you're swapping it out every week or two it doesn't work for most people
Do more circuits in HIIT style that's probably what you will be more into than structured training or just going hard as possible on a given exercise near fatigue. Structured sets are usually meant to trigger a response such as muscle growth or strength gains where as random is just random, its good for the brain sometimes to do flow exercises like that.
I would communicate with her Komi if you get what I mean
you will never be a horse
>Are heavily structured routines a meme?
They're for gays
It's easy
Train what you havent trained. Feel your muscles, if you cant feel any one it's weak, train it.
All you need to know is
>Amount of reps (I like to do 20 reps with light weights on my weak lifts)
>Amount of sets (I like german volume training btw)
>Knowledge of muscle building and repairing (Knowing this, cardio is a necessity if you want a rapid reparation)
>Dont eat like an autist
>Use your brain and be flexible if you workout at home
Cardio isn't a necessity, it actually ruins your gains bro, it helps to lose fat.
It boosts metabolism
Now you do the math gay
Only if you do like maybe 3 hours of max cardio a week other than that its going to burn out your muscles.
Well have a nice day then
light cardio is good. better bloodflow = faster recovery
for example, if i have doms in my legs i take a 1hour long walk.
You could have a faster recovery by just doing some bird dogs imo and its not cardio its isometric stretching, it lets the blood flow if you need that, also another a very powerful static pose is the upward facing dog if you do it by balancing it on your toes, trust me instant flow.
A walk isn't really even cardio in the sense of light jogging, boxing or the like.
do whatever you feel best with, important thing is that your muscles get optimal bloodflow for faster recovery.
>walk is not cardio
whatever. it gets the job done.
Walking, skipping, jogging all boost bloodflow
Cardio refers to enlarging the heart and abusing one's lungs with high speed activity of repeated motions for either athletic or calorie burning reasons.
You're retarded.
To be honest idk
Cardio for me is anything that gets the blood flowing
>high speed activity of repeated motions
brb, doing some cardio with your mom if you know what i mean.
what do cute women armpits smell like?
> When I just do whatever the fuck I want, I feel way more gassed.
This is what dyels do and then complain they have no gains or cant bench 2pl8 after years.
Do you train to feel gassed or do you train to make continuing progress?
