sex != having world under foot
you have the ability to have sex very easily, you may only have to pay for it.
get a hooker and build your self esteem up, queer.
Doing it correctly is the issue. For bodybuilding with fewer options your exercise selection needs to be perfect and you still need to cover areas that compounds don't hit well. Overall minimalist programs are pretty bad if you want to gain muscle. If the goal is strength though minimalist programs work pretty decently. The few lifts you want to get good at and then a few accessories to support it and you're good
No they're breddy good. Something like power to the people will get you strong quick. And enough people have made decent gains on tactical barbell that there has to be something to the program. They just aren't some shortcut to a bodybuilder physique, because that body requires a lot of accessory and isolation movements

That's eight basic exercises. Two 1.5 hour gym workouts, two 30 min park workouts, 4 hours total. If you did this with intensity that should be enough to look solid. If you want cardio too add 30 minutes of sprints/short distance runs after your Wed/Sat workouts. In 30 min you could do something like 3x1 mile at high intensity with a few minutes rest in between.
IST used to absolutely love minimalist strength routines
it depends on what you mean, minimalistic in the sense of a lack of variety, or minimalistic in volume.
I only do 4 compound lifts and two accessories for example, but my volume is the same as someone that would be doing PPL with more exercise selection.
if only i was this good looking....
literally would've had the whole world under my feet...

If you're running it out of necessity, no. If you're running it strictly as a shortcut, yes.
Depends. If you only do bench, squat and deadlifts, you will look like shit. If you add OHP, weighted dips and pullups, you will look good.
there's no need to do dips if you're doing bench, rows are also superior to pull ups.
A true dyel. Who needs a vertical push or pull movement? Lol
i didn't say to omit the ohp you fucking retard.
you're already doing OHP for that.
pullups are shit, dips are shit, squats are also largely unnecessary if you're doing volume deadlifts.
feel free to post body, this is my post:
Bench does not give you huge triceps. Dips do.
>rows are also superior to pull ups.
Ask me how I know you look like shit
post body so I can mog you into suicide.
Nah, I'm overweight and don't work out. But I work in a gym so I know you look like shit.
