Provided the bread is more than nutrient desert wonder bread, the peanut butter is just peanuts and salt and the "jelly" isn't jelly, but natural fruit preserves with fiber, then sure.

This is only anecdote, but about ten years ago I lived with some pothead roommates and went through a phase where I smoked a lot of weed and ate a ton of PBJs and that's the nearest I've ever come to getting overweight.
