Yes. You still shouldn't eat 4000 calories of butter, but they're staple foods for a reason

Depends on what the animals eat. grass fed beef / free range eggs are where it's at. Raw whole milk and dairy too. Probiotics in your dairy are very important.

The answer is YES and NO. Both sides are right, and both are wrong!
Those who say it's good for you, are correct that they provide a great nutrient profile.
Those who say it's bad for you, are correct because the butter is probably poor quality that comes from a grain fed cow that jacks up the Omega-6 profile, the same for the meat. That also goes for the eggs. Chickens fed with corn or grain instead of insects, will have a jacked up omega profile, which is the leading cause of heart disease.

So all we need to do is just buy the grass fed ones

No, you need to raise, kill, and cook your own food. Everything we buy is poison for profit

You can tell by the quality of the butter alone. Real butter cuts and spreads smoothly while low quality has that crumbly texture when it’s too cold

wrong. cooked yolk will cause serious cholesterol issues. And this isn't something to hypothesis. You can just get blood tests and see the results from oxidizing the yolks with heat. Running yolks only. Sunny side up, over easy, or soft boiled eggs (under 6 minutes) ONLY!

Frick I usually scramble mine so the yolk gets cooked. RIP

just get creative. sprinkle some parm on them, or add a softed boiled egg to some ramen or soup. I put a fried egg on burgers, or in a mexican taco bowl.

that only happened with high heat. you can hard boiled the egg for a long time on a medium heat and so long as the yolk remained yellow and is not a greyish color it will be just fine.

Olive oil is a healthier fat. Chicken and turkey are healthier meats. I see no problems with the eggs.

Poultry may also be the most fattening meat. Those eating even one ounce of chicken a day (think two chicken nuggets) had a significantly greater gain in body mass index over a 14-year period than those who consumed no chicken at all. Chickens have been genetically manipulated through selective breeding to now contain two to three times more calories from fat than from protein, and even skinless chicken may have more fat, and more artery-clogging saturated fat, than a dozen different cuts of steak.

It’s either that, avocados, or nuts. Nuts have a lot of calories too. Avocados are expensive. Cool video though. I will limit my olive oil intake. Thanks anon.

The entire problem can be solved by eating locally, seasonally, preferably growing your own veggies, eating eggs daily, and eating meat in large quantities once per month. Humans evolved to be able to eat many things. But, we are not/haven't yet adapted to globohomosexual and industrialization of food. The simple fact that we can get anything we crave or anything we want from 1000s of miles away at any time from a grocer is the primary problem. If you eat fruit from your area, seasonally, if you eat local meat and eggs as someone would if they had to raise and slaughter the animal, if you ate fruit as if you had to pick it yourself, you would find that the diet is varied by season and not by plate. Having a complex plate of lots of food stuffs from all over the place with God knows what in them is the problem. This diet style allows for periods of more "keto" diet and periods of more "vegetarian/fruitarian" diet. Just imagine going to a guy 200 years ago and showing him a grocery store. Hed shit his pants at what's available at all times of year. It seems like to me we are supposed to be adaptive to eating different foods at different times and in different quantities. Periods of meat, periods of veg, periods of fasting and periods of feasting. Right now everyday is like thanksgiving in the U.S.
