I feel better when I eat eggs, and I also feel better when vegetables are a regular part of my diet. Frozen mixed veg is a superfood.
The trick is to eat your greens with your fats.
Just cook them. The antinutrients and nutrients go away but it tastes better and provides diversity of to the pallet and color to the plate.

I don't know about cheese. My routine is 30min of running + 1 hour of swimming + 30 min of running three times a week and I've gradually noticed that (cow) cheese has a really bad effect on my recovery times.
Also, nuts should be in your list. They're basically the eggs of the plant world.

I do feel better. That experiment was a failure for me. Hivemind would say I did it wrong, but idk. The only thing that ever really bothered me was excessive amounts of red meat, but it was worth abstaining to get a feel for myself. I’m going to start by incorporating eggs, ghee, aged cheese, and fish back into my life.

I added two things to my diet lately: Beef jerky and a crunchy chickpea snack. Both are very high in protein.
Both are homemade. The jerky is marinated then dried in the oven at a low temp. The chickpeas are coated in curry powder and olive oil then baked. Would highly recommend.
Do you soak the chickpeas, or cook them dry?
