What ever you like eating the most? eat as much as you can as fast as you can(not before training/physical work).
Every time I expanded my stomach was because I willfully did it. Or I really liked the food.
Things like fried chicken, ice cream, canoli's, baclava, korean bbq, etc do it for me.
I don't know what you love to eat but do it.

Push yourself harder in the gym and eat more food. Seriously almost every "hardgainer" I've ever come across eats way less than they think and/or is wasting their time in the gym

Im telling you know as a former skelly that there is no such thing as a hardgainer. You might have a slightly higher caloric need than most normans but its usually only a couple hundred calories at most. Your problem is a lack of appetite and consistency and nothing else. Eat more train hard and you will grow. It might take a bit of tweaking to get it just right but is possible

Buddy, no programs are scams. It's all basic and the type of work you do for your goal is repeated by everyone repeatedly (even some times on this anti-fitness board). If you're a "hard gainer" it's your food and recovery that you need to pay extra attention to. Also realize you are just built slight and your body likes to hover around it's mean. You need to eat like a pig and sleep a lot. It's like trying to push a car over a road bump. Once you get it over it's easy and by that I mean your body will kind of shift what it considers it's base level to a higher weight. Then you will hit another road bump and so on and fo forth but it is not your program that is the road bump.

you need to eat more because the cholesterol in the fatty food is an essential component in the formation of new cells which is what you are doing by building muscle, you don't JUST use protein to make muscle homie.
cholesterol has the same molecular structure as steroids, it just has one atom swapped out (which admittedly can make a world of difference) but people who eat larger amounts of cholesterol generally experience higher amounts of growth hormone and testosterone.
then there is also all the extra vitamins and hormetic compounds and fibres that you will use in the extra food to help you bulk
you can eat more calories by learning how to cook your self and cooking things like stir fries or casseroles, things that allows you to put alot of fats and meats and carbs and vegetables. biodiversity, fat, fibre, and meat will help you to consume alot of calories. and you will be encouraged to eat more of the food if its delicious and you made it your self rather then if its bland and comes in small packages that psychologically steer you into eating small amounts of food.
if anything, reduce the protein consumption that you eat all at once so that you have to eat more food to get as much protein, because protein is very filling, so if you are eating things like a protein bar or something and then trying to eat after it will be harder, instead, put the protein you need to eat in your food.
