Are there any ways to make cutting less boring?

I just want to eat something like a donut or pizza because it's LE BAD. It's so fricking stupid how our monkey brain does this. The though of wanting one of those cookies at my jobs cookout was 100% stronger than if I even ate one. It's so crazy how that works.

ANYWAYS, is there anything to make this shit less boring? Perhaps amphetamines, but maybe a less drastic approach?

I know I can fit a cookie into my day if I want, that's not the point you know what I mean

      I got fat by binge eating watching youtube, and then snacking in between queues.... 🙁 Actually it was mostly youtube to be fair, but gaming never really stopped my appetite you know

      Just have more calories on your lifting days. You'll lose weight more slowly but you can eat more freely.

      True, I sorta "do" i eat 100cals of pineapple, half b4 half after.

                With that being said you guys think I should pickup being a pro eater/athlete?

                I can't seem to stop when I workout. I can go for miles on a bike but only seem to faulter when I stop, with proper training I could probably do it.

                I also can throw down 15 donuts (apple fritter size) in 6 minutes without any training, and with the intent to enjoy it, not even a challenge

                Kinda like how base jumpers just die of a heroin OD because they build a tolerance to the high of jumping out of a plane and do drugs. You think I should make it for the anons here?

                I’d say gravy on your food and more fruit/yoghurt but I don’t really think that’s what you’re getting at

                you are aware that binge eating is as much of a disorder as anorexia or bulemia? Don’t write it off because you think you’re being zogged but in this case it’s quite literally disordered eating IE an eating disorder. It’s not normal to binge eat man. That’s not to say you’re an extreme case but you need to get your shit in order

                I know, I don't even eat emotionally or anything I just like the feeling of eating. I don't know how I could fix it since like I said it doesn't seem to be anything "wrong" with me. It's almost like a scheduled OMAD day, to say OMAD isn't an ED is probably wrong to but. yeah ik it's wrong, no I don't know how to fix it because like I said I just like eating idrc what it is. Like right now I'm warming up 2lbs of corn just to eat it.

                It must be something though, because I don't do it out in public, unless it's an event or a buffet where "everyone" is doing it though. I don't like people watching me eat period however.

                Like I said now I just fit veggie binges into my week. Like the 550 calories of corn I just ate instead of what woulds been 3k calories of pizza. Still went over my day though lmao

                end of the day binge eating isn’t generally considered to be good for you. Cool that you can manage it but the reality is how consistently can you keep up binge eating vegetables? You won’t, and you’ll eventually likely go back to binge eating something enjoyable. So it’s better to get a handle on things while you’re eating healthy. You’re jerking off with your mouth man. Probably worse for you than jacking off all the time

                It's midday binge eating. I haven't had meal 3 or 4 yet. But i'll be at work so.

                Probably not consistently, I'm binge eating them to stop me from wanting to eat junkfood. I actually enjoy fruits and veggies though (obviously not pizza but yeah)

                I literally don't know how to quit because I know how to quit and life being off of it was whatever I just existed, accept I didn't get to do something I liked doing, how people say being sober is boring or whatever. Everything I don't like about not binge eating, is 2x or even 4x'd on a cut. So it's just so boring sitting here being hungry.

                I legit have nothing more enjoyable than eating, you know how the junkie has the needle at the top of the pyramid? It's the same thing, gaming, porn, etc. All gets outclassed by eating an absorbent about of food while watching a you tube gaming video. Possibly because that's what kept me from blowing my fricking head off for like 6 years? Despite losing weight I still find it enjoyable though.

                you’re binge eating as a cope. Exactly like a junkie. Being sober is boring to a junkie but being sober isn’t boring at all. It’s normal. You have a warped normal and the only way to change it is spending a long time doing something else. Fortunately for you it’s not hard at all. All you have to do is nothing. Literally. That’s it. It is easier than binge eating. No it’s not as enjoyable. If you want to have a nice day binge eating then go ahead but don’t pretend that’s not what’s happening. You’ve rewired your brain in a moronic way which will eventually slowly kill you. Shitd all good now but you reap what you sow

        I had an inverse of this, when I woke up I would refuse to get up and leave the bed until hunger pangs got annoying at ~1-2 pm. Effectively merged breakfast and lunch.

      This. Instead of watching capeshit at home on your couch just take your phone on an elliptical, do 2 hours and if you go hard enough and weigh more than a stick you can easily burn 800-1000 calories which allows me to eat an entire box of cookies like a degenerate frick
