Will these actually build grip strength? And do they grow forearms?
never saw anyone with huge forearms recommend them. from what I've seen you're much better off doing behind the back barbell wrist curls, EZ bar wrist curls, and dead hangs. these give me a crazy pump
Yes but the better way to build grip strength and forearms is pull ups, followed by leg raises, followed by, dead hangs until failure.

I found a similar mechanism work, built my grip strength up from DYEL tier to 200+lbs really quickly. It's hilarious watching non lifters fail on them

It can but you can just check your posture in your dayjob, when you sleep. You can also ruck and stretch to fix it instead
Posture is kept by the muscle tone and strength ratios of the front and back of the shoulder girdle. The "harness"ay condition the soft tissue but it eill not make the muscles in the rear stronger and the problem will just pop back up later. Simply increase back volume or decrease pressing volume.
