Are you a weight lifter or a bodybuilder??

A bodybuilder is primarily concerned with contracting his muscles, he contracts his muscles against greater and greater amount of resistance and by doing that he's able to stimulate hypertrophy and make his muscles grow. A weight lifter is just concerned about moving weights.

    weightlifter, but I started as a bodybuilder. I'm still very indecisive on which I like the most, I just wish I could do both without sacrificing much of the other.

    I do Bodybuilding routines and trying to incorporate calisthenics because there's nothing more impressive for normies and whamens than being able to do handstand pushups with your fingertips. Also it's a noble pursuit, to hoist one's body upwards.
