Are you guys eating your eggs?

Been eating 4 whole eggs every day for a while now and honestly I feeling pretty good.

      Kinda, proteins are better absorbed when the egg is cooked but raw eggs are just easier to eat.

    I really love eggs but I need to lose 9 more kilos... so I can't eat as much as I want. I ate 8 boiled eggs for lunch.

    I really need to lose my weight soon to start taking estrogens.

    No. Whenever I eat eggs, it's like a piece of stays stuck in my throat all day. I must be allergic or some shit. I get the same from dairy products.

    High quality feed / plenty of water / clean and sheltered area.

      Based garden gnome-feared backyard chicken farmer. I want that someday when I can afford a place with actual fucking land.
      Grow potatoes in crates, keep hens for eggs and occasional meat, maybe a small greenhouse for herbs/peppers, I'd want for little else, maybe a goat for milk to make yogurt.

        I'm urban on a rental property.
        Made a deal with the landlord. Fought the city for years and finally won.
        Also grow rabbits for meat, honeybees, small orchard and garden plots. House is on 1/4 acre.
        Fight your city and do it.

    I slonked 13 eggs today, feeling great. Usually I only do 6, but after I did the first 6 I accidentally dropped the carton to the floor and 7 eggs cracked so I had to go ahead and slonk them so they wouldn't go to waste.

      If you lift and do cardio the cholesterol is very good for you. Dietary cholesterol is largely unrelated to serum cholesterol, and cholesterol in general is incredibly important for every part of your body, most especially if you're stressing your body from exercise.
