You look like if you slow bulked for a couple years like 2lb a month you would have a pretty good physique
thanks i think so too I'm trying to bulk as much as i can but with healthy stuff. this is the bulkiest i've ever been actually (always been skinny) so getting there slowly..
Yeah this
1 in every 50 men is already far fetched in my opinion. Hell, even 1 in every 50 gym-registered people can be disproportionate.
But 1 in every 50 PEOPLE ? Not a chance
I'd estimate 80% of men could bench 225lbs for a couple reps if they wanted to. The problem is, most of them lack the proper form or courage to try it. Most guys I know were pushing 2pl8 within the first 3-6 months of lifting.
Just progressive overload and eat right. It's not rocket science.
I only just reached 80kg for five last night. Been lifting again for three months. I was stuck at 77.5 for a while and thought I'd need to change something up but ended up pulling that out of my ass.
I can't even bench my 150 dyel bodyweight
I'm officially in t-rex mode now, I'm adding weight to squats and deadlifts every week while my bench has been stalling for almost two months
Yep. Can do 225 for 7
I doing mostly dumbbells because my shoulders hurt during barbell benching...how much is 225lbs equivalent dumbbells
112.5 lbs each Chang
90 pounds per hand
>he doesn't know
Check your math
Dumbbell bench combined weight typically can be done with 80% of barbell bench weight
>225x0.8=180
>180/2=90
test 3rm bench - 275
a month later, test db bench 3rm - 110 per hand (ran out of weight)
math checks out
I did 225 for 6 last week on my last set after doing 205 for 10
i can do 5 sets of 2. i seem to always fail rep 3.
its pissing me off
Sounds more like it’s taking the piss to me
Yeah
100kg?
i can do 35kg at most (around 8 reps)
wtf? post body anon
no bulli plz lifting for a few months
do you only go outside at night?
yeah but lately i started going on walks in the morning, seems to help a lot
and i usually shave the hair just lazy now
any tips to get healthier?
FTM?
kek i was vegan for a while so kinda i guess

Why on earth would you go vegan
You look like if you slow bulked for a couple years like 2lb a month you would have a pretty good physique
>0.075 to 2 percent
the fuck kind of data is this based on?
americans
Yes for 1RM, feels good man.
Probably not. I haven't done 1RM for a while, but I suspect it's about 200 even.
YES! thank you for posting this, I needed the confidence boost.
accumulatively, yes
>the 99.95/0.05 rule
When will it stop?
No fucking way in hell is 1 in every 50 people putting up 225. No fucking way.
Seem plausible if you're only considering young men. 1 in 50 men at university probably checks out.
Maybe, but that's not what it said.
>he hasn't seen 49/50 mutts
it's like 1 in 10 at my gym if you only consider the dudes so probably not that far off.
Yeah this

Lmao
you are probably right but it took me 5 months of bulking to get to 1.5pl8 (80kg) for 1. then again I am a lanklet and former arch lich.
>I'd estimate 80% of men could bench 225lbs for a couple reps
sides are in orbit
where do you live? because it's nothing but obese >men around me
All lards can bench 2pl8 by default. Being on IST has made me realize that only terminal lanklets such as myself struggle with bench pressing.
No I am not. Because I can bench 265 and I am not american.

>2% of americans
take out the women, children, old people and it[s probably much higher
lower*
>remove weak people from the sample
>% of strong people goes down
Did you graduate from Retard University?
I can do dips with 225 what % is that
Just hit 200 today, I'll get there eventually
No but I will get there. I AM GOING TO MAKE IT
yes, I guess that makes me chad
>most of the world is Indian and Chinese
I would probably have been considered a literal demigod
>found the “chad”
>probably have been
past tense?
>would
>still past
bro you realize (sadly) china and India still exist. you could go there and be the self-proclaimed 2pl8 demigod you speak of
i can only do 180 but it's uplifting to know i'm 1 plate from being top 2%
I can't even bench my 150 dyel bodyweight
I'm officially in t-rex mode now, I'm adding weight to squats and deadlifts every week while my bench has been stalling for almost two months
When you have a high max (like 350-400lb range) you can literally bench 225 all day, like 50-60 consecutive reps, and its just a warm up.
225x16 last time i tried.
I'm up to 185 for reps, so getting there.
