            thanks i think so too I'm trying to bulk as much as i can but with healthy stuff. this is the bulkiest i've ever been actually (always been skinny) so getting there slowly..

    I'd estimate 80% of men could bench 225lbs for a couple reps if they wanted to. The problem is, most of them lack the proper form or courage to try it. Most guys I know were pushing 2pl8 within the first 3-6 months of lifting.

    Just progressive overload and eat right. It's not rocket science.

    I only just reached 80kg for five last night. Been lifting again for three months. I was stuck at 77.5 for a while and thought I'd need to change something up but ended up pulling that out of my ass.

    When you have a high max (like 350-400lb range) you can literally bench 225 all day, like 50-60 consecutive reps, and its just a warm up.
