Black people and Asians are groups where lactose intolerance is extremely common. Lots of milk and milk products now have the Lactase enzyme added though so it isn't difficult to find alternatives.

Producing Lactase is energy intensive for your body so you need to consume enough milk products for your body to consider it worthwhile or your Lactase production begins to wane over time.

Shit that actually explains a lot. I used to drink like half a carton of milk daily and we eventually found out the wife was mildly lactose intolerant so we switched to almond milk and the like (inb4 basedmilk shit). I used to get terrible back acne even at 28yo, we though the acne disappearing was my body finally settling itself because who the frick gets acne at 30yo.

There is no estrogen in ꜱoy. There is, however, something on the order of 100 million times more isoflavones in a bottle of ꜱoylent or an impossible whopper than there is estradiol-equivalent in whole milk. I grant you that genistein and diadzein are less active than estradiol, maybe even 100 thousand times less active, but not 100 million times less active.

In terms of knocking down Testosterone in men, few things are as powerful as s o i. Only bisphenol-A is a day-to-day toxine more disruptive than s o i, and only non-daily situations (like workers dealing directly with carbamates).

I used to drink milk a lot but nowadays I mostly drink almond due to lower calories and the fact the chocolate kind is the same price as the regular kind. I still use normal when making chochi milky and I eat cheese
