    my first child will be born in january and i want to build out the home gym and get into training more regularly since ill be home more than the last half a year where i worked overtime like stupid to have the privilege of not working for a couple of months
    my coach wants me to go to the state championship in july and wants me to tell him how much id like to snatch and clean and jerk to adjust the program

    No, my girlfriend is being forced to move back across the country and my job is impossible to move in so I can't go with. So I'll be single in a month at 31.

    As such, the cut has started. Im 6'2 190 after the first week waterweight left, i'mma try to get down to 180, we'll see where I'm at then and think about whether to go down 5 more or stay there. Tryna get down to 12%.

        It's just really hard to find openings anywhere but the Midwest. It's an extremely competitive field where people tend to never retire, and while there are usually some contract gigs in places, getting a full time job and being payed a good wage is reliant on the one or two jobs in a town not being taken. Plus where she has to go has little demand for me. I could possibly go and try to pivot to something similar but I love my job, I finally made it after 6 years.

    Anyone else started involuntarily death rattling?
    When I try to speak to people or even just sitting around I make these hoarse, weak breathing sounds. My skin has begun to fall off, I can feel it, it's not attached to anything beneath and it'll never go back if I pull it too hard. I'm getting tinnitus all the time and I can barely see, like black spots and bright lights flashing. Doesn't really matter as there's nothing I want to see. I'm just so fricking tired I feel like I could sleep and never wake up, I want that and I'm too tired to hide it anymore. This ugly skin just keeps moving around, I'm afraid it could pull on the nerves and break them, that could never be fixed if it did happen, just another thing permanently broken. My skull's getting soft too, rub it too hard and it'll crack. Fall and it'll definitely break. Coming to IST for advice has been the worst choice I ever made, I'm embarrassed and I'm ashamed.

    2023 has been rough mentally, I quit gear after 8 years on TRT woth the occasional blast, lost motivation for everything, lost at least 20lbs muscle and my dick barely worked from June to November.

    Things are looking up for next year, impostor syndrome is starting to fade at work, I get married to my best friend in June, I've started lifting again and my balls have gone back to their 2015 size.

    2024 im building back up from LMAO1pl8 and seeing if I can get a decent physique natty, been doing some BJJ for something to focus my mental on whilst I struggle with my old warmup and can actually make progress there.

    I want to do a good cut this spring so I’ll experience having abs for real in the summer at least once. I’d also like to be around 100 kg then but I’d need to put on at least 5 kg of lean mass before the cut then.
    I also want to do some strength work, I focus on hypertrophy but if I don’t frick my consistency then 1/2/3/4 shouldn’t be too hard
