          Shoulders: Pike push ups/wallstand push ups(back to wall), lateral raises with bag
          Chest: Wide push ups, dips between chairs
          Tris: Tiger bend push ups
          That should sustain you for a day. If anything is too easy or too difficult, alter the leverage.
