        Good news! Your waist does naturally taper in! You’re already at a low body, fat percentage, and I’ll be honest I’m not really sure how much more you could cut and still be healthy. If you really do want to accentuate what you’ve got, then, I go back to my original recommendation of building muscle mass on your lower body. Hip thrust and leg raises, essentially humping the air with a dumbbell on your waist and laying on your side with your legs together and lifting one in the air. This will help your ass and hip muscles grow so that you look like you have much wider hips than you actually do. I’ve heard some men recommend trying to grow your lap muscles, but I’m not really sure this ends up actually looking good on most women. Women with a very well-defined upper body tend to look very mannish. No good. But you’re definitely not beyond hope!

    Questions like this make me think some people are genuinely moronic... Ok let's analyze this. The girl on the picture has absolutely nothing special about her body. She doesn't have a large amount of muscle mass, or anything. The only thing she has going, is the simple fact that she is not fat (she's quite lean) and she's wearing a corset. So the answer to the question "how do I unlock this mode" simply is: make sure you are not fat, and wear a corset. If you are fat, and you need to lose weight, but you don't want to "starve yourself for weeks" like mentioned in the OP, then the answer is, don't "starve" yourself, but eat a more reasonable caloric deficit for however long it takes until you are as lean as the girl in the picture.
