    They can help with improving your lockout on deadlift, but really you should just be deadlifting. I could never load the bar very heavy because the weight on the bar would hurt my hips. I've tried using towels or pussy pads but neither would work well.

      I mean itll help off the rip unless you keep putting weight on when form is shit, but low front squats and regular power cleans not hang cleans 100% do you better.

      The weakest part of your dl is the lower tenderloins and upper glutes. Also your grip. Hit 5-8 dls overhand where your grip fails then youll realize you need bigger arms and forearms.

      I can attest yes my ass has doubled. It’s great too because now I actually have upper add instead of that little ass cleavage at the bottom. A rounder, fuller, ass. But I started with dumbbells at 15lbs, I use 20lbs now, and I go until absolute failure. As many reps as possible, as many sets as possible.

    I think so. If your glutes aren't activating you can't lift as much and will eventually get hurt. A machine is better than a bar for these.

    I tried them, and even with a thick pad, even at moderate weights, the bar digs into my hips and hurts like hell. Mayeb women's natural padding gives them an advantage here. Hip thrusts definitely feel good and make your ass burn, but I feel like there are better exercises.

    I've seen women rep 5plate on this and then struggle deadlifting 2 for a single. I've never tried this lift, but at that ratio, most men would probably need more weights that you can fit on a bar at most commercial gyms

      It's the best glute hypertrophy exercise end of story. It's not going to help your deadlift any more than 45 degree back extensions will. Unless you fail deadlifts at the very end of the lockout, which I've personally never seen, it won't improve your DL. That's not why you do it. A strong guy can indeed use heavy weight, but no one is doing slow, strict 20 rep sets with a fully loaded bar.

    no, only hip thrusts you should is in the bed pounding those sugar walls. just do bulgarian split squats if you want big ass to impress the gays, it also works your hams and quads pretty good

    hip thrusts is an easy meme isolation exercise for women who ass gains but are too lazy or scared to do heavy compounds
