You can't just drink oil, you won't digest it.
If you want to gain weight, beans, rice and flour are all very cheap per calorie.
Milk is still cheap, has protein, and is easy to bulk with, which is why GOMAD was a popular thing to yell at people for a long time. Downside is your farts will be terrible.

No, you'll just shit out straight oil if you drink too much. Max out the fat content of each meal though if you just want cheap poison Sneed oil calories.

        >Trap wild starlings, quail, pigeons, and snails

        Grains, legumes, oats.
        Eggs, Milk.

Also get a wheat flour and learn to make bread/pita/pies.

I was adding about 50g of sunflower oil to 350-400g of rice during cooking a few years ago when I was trying to gain weight and it worked fine.

work out what your local charity situation is. there are usually a lot of opportunities in an area for calories but you might have to ask around.
eg. there is a bakery chain here that make nice sweet and savoury buns as well as nice bread.
one of them would give all their unsold product to a local church and that church would have a day, or days, where you could just walk in and they would give you some. no questions asked.
i wouldn't have been ashamed to do that but i was too lazy, lel.

You can get protein for 2 cents a gram fat for 1 cent a gram and carbs for 0.5 cents a gram, those are your parameters for a good price.

Produce market vendors sometimes will give you free unsaleable produce if you don’t mind cutting the mold off.

Go to grocery stores and take the food that expires that night and ask if you can have it for free, works better with milk than meat, but all the same it is a good way to buy fresh meat even though it will still usually be more expensive than canned. Pork is cheapest.

Food banks are usually drowning in food and throw most of it out you can get prepared heat and eat meals even.

It’s been a while since I have been poor idk how well all this info holds up post covid bidenomics and my experience only pertains to america not the communisms

King Soopers has some crazy sales at night, Alot of the times I find milk that's about to expire in a day or two for less than 1$ a gallon. + Milk is pasteurized so it's relatively safe even days after the expiration date.

Go for tuna, amigo. It should be the cheapest source of protein in Spain. Chicken is a bit pricier but is fine too. Frozen salmon - is it affordable on your tight budget? It’s a bit cheaper than chicken in a certain snowy -stan where I live.
Also crunchy peanut butter + pastries is a nice bulking combo.

this, gourds and beans grow easy and keep for a long time so if you over-plant it's fine, bonus is you get your own spices too. If you're north american dryad's saddle sprouts 3 times a year and tastes great.

Virgin anon in tx, what are easy things to grow out here for beginners? I thought potatoes would be easy since they were the reason we as a species were finally able to explode in growth all the way back when.

Grow what you like enough to care for, but if you want to min max look at this map then google what vegetables grow best in your hardiness zone.
You can grow other crops, but might need to protect them from high temperatures with shade or low temperatures with mulching on extreme weather days

It's potato, if you want something that is actually a food. Also as another anon said look for a food bank. You can save your neetbucks and plan meals around whatever you get. Should only need to supplement a little.

Honestly potatoes are a poor choice if limited on growing space because they're so cheap. Better to go with a fancy potato of you are absolutely set on them. I chose purple sweet potato since they grow in even the most dogshit soil and require little care. Didn't even have to replant this time around and I have new vines already.

Herbs are nice, greens are easy, boragr is nice because it is fully edible and attracts pollinatiors, and that's a good place to start there

If you're a genuine poorgay in the first world there is probably some program near you that takes expiring-but-edible food from supermarkets and hands it out for free. The thing is, the food these programs pick up is usually fresh produce and stuff that requires being a competent cook to get use of. And modern first world poorgays are typically lazy as frick when it comes to cooking and only want ready-made goyslop, so these food banks are overflowing with free shit. You can get milk, frozen meat, going-stale bread that's still good toasted and tons of fruit and veggies.

Peanut butter is GOAT for cheap bulking. 200cal per 2 tbsp and a bit of protein in there too.
    Potatos for carbs.
Idk what meat prices are like in Spain but tuna and chicken is cheap as hell here in America. Oh and if you arent picky than organ meats are usually super cheap.

My go-to's for meals I don't want to think about or overspend on are
    >Breakfast
    Toast/bagel or granola
    >Lunch
Eggs, toast/bagel, and breakfast meat (sausage, ham, etc)
    >Dinner
Rice, beans, chicken (bags of frozen breasts are really cheap and easy to cook)

Bananas are always great too. They cost pretty much nothing for an easy and healthy snack, and if you set some aside you can make banana bread with just a bit of butter and some basic baking ingredients to change up breakfast for a few days.
