Zach purposefully trying to derail Corey isn't funny and just leads to Corey going off track for longer periods of time

Never. I started at 18 and am 31 now. Never reached impressive lifts, never looked hueg, just stayed lean ottermode and did lifts I enjo,. Lifting is like medicine for my mental health and at some low points was the only thing that made me feel ok.

At 29 I grew out of being a lazy fat sob.
Bought a barbell, a bench and squat stands (everything) pretty exactly a year ago after two years of light yoga and cardio and one year of calisthenics and dumbbell frickery.
My lifts are shit for IST standards, but I get comments on being lean and muscular often, always had fun lifting and feel much better, so I dont give a frick.
I just hope to acquire enough muscle mass before T starts eventually dropping for good to make it into an healthy oldtimer despite spending my youth and twenties as a hedonist.

I started lifting at 16. Started mountain bike racing and stopped lifting because I was moronic.
Got back in at 18/19, injured myself at 20/21, stopped again.
Now I am 27 and been going for 2 or 3 months and don't know why I stopped. Now I am not as obsessed about the big 3 like I used to be and just lift to get big, oh and I am cutting.

I'm 35 and I get mocked for still lifting at this age

    A comment such as

    >lol i grew out of lifting after high-school, why would you still lift? lol thats something you do when youre younger

    Is something i hear often.
