Physically, 25. If you haven't started by then, you will never achieve much with your body.
Intellectually/career, I think given that we will be working until we die, there is a lot more leeway to change careers etc, but tou need to have made a start. If you haven't started a good career by your early thirties though you're well and truly fricked.

Ignore this bullshit. I've known fat fricks in their 50s who decided to really turn things around and achieved plenty. Pay no attention to some arbitrary number like "25". It's just noise in your head that will set you up for failure.

Also going to Uni at 25. Did a prerequisite course for the last year.

Been lifting full-time for a year, now.

I am not sure how I'm going to handle the new attention - teenagers are fricking moronic.

No, no one really comes close to their full potential so the fact that you have the most potential at around 25 doesn't really matter.

Is that all you know about money? I'm not trying to scrape pennies together and put it in some gay ass fund that will let me retire with a tiny sum of money when I'm 65. That's what morons do. If you don't learn how to build and automate income streams you are genuinely never going to make it

Sounds moronic. Working out every day for the rest of your life at any age after 25 is better than eating in caloric surplus and not doing anything for those same amount of days

Thought I did wasting my 20s being a hikki and abusing pharmaceuticals to cope with my insecurities but lately got extremely autistic about diet and exercise and going hard as a motherfricker, went to detox and now feel all the energy I didn't have before when my diet was oxy and frozen pizza making me a lazy piece of shit, look and feel like I'm 18 (29 actually) when I was feeling 60 before and like I can take on the world

Depends on what fricked up is? I know line cooks that make barely above minimum wage and have 3-4 kids. Their lineage continues even if they are poor and likely to die young. Maybe their kids will do better.
