      When you're dead

The day you die, not an instant before.

        >be "old enough to die"
        >stop giving a shit about your health
        >rapidly deteriorate
        >modern medicine keeps you alive against your will and your children refuse to let you expire gracefully
        >live for another decade of suffering before finally wailing into the void begging for your cries of a merciful death to be heard

Whoever wrote that shit needs to work in elder care for a week

          Growing old is fricking terrifying

          >not being able to walk
          >not being able chew/swallow food
          >not being able to breathe
          >dementia
          >pissing/shitting yourself

Thankfully most of it can be counteracted through exercise and healthy living

    You should always exercise

But honestly you should let go of being so autistic about diet

Your life will be short in the grand scheme of things, why not enjoy the taste of a large variety of food and drink?

I can do the lifting and cardio, but sorry I’m not going to count calories or eat like an autistic robot whose trying to stay in bodyfat% shape for a photoshoot…. I’m going to enjoy my food

This is kinda how I feel. Yeah I'm still gonna try to avoid constant goyslop and refined sugar, but frick drafting up an autistic meal plan. I'm gonna eat the food I'm in the mood for when I'm in the mood for it.

Dude was in ridiculously good shape for over 80. But Big Richard was ridiculously in shape for his age at 70+.
Dude would have looked 50 with the body of a 30 year old up until 100 if cancer didnt frick him

Big Richard is a cautionary tale that being big and muscular isn't the only thing to health and fitness. Dude spent too much time tanning, and then just would not stop even after getting half of his face cut out. Dude was rich living on a beach so I don't exactly blame him, but when I heard he died it was just like yeah dude you can literally see the melanomas on him in the videos.

Yeah when he came back after his first treatments his face was completely fricked. I started using SPF 30 body moisturiser/suncream combo on my arms, neck and face every day during summer and on any sunny day I was going to spend a lot of time outside after I first saw that video. Getting fricked by the sun is no joke.

the saddest thing about Big Richard passing away is that fricking Jason didn't take any of his advice seriously

Many years ago I watched a news report about something that was happening in Cuba. I don’t remember the topic or why the reporter was there, but at one point they had to hold a line fastened across a rushing river and cross it in neck deep water. The American journalist was in his 30’s or 40’s and talked about how difficult it was to accomplish this for him and his crew. He also mentioned that the guide who led them across was an EIGHTY year old native to the area who made the crossing EVERY DAY. I wish I remembered what it was about so I could try and google it but I’ll never forget thinking about how fit that eighty year old man was. My dad was in his 60’s at the time and I remember thinking that there’s no way my dad could do that and he was almost 20 years younger.
