    Black person, you can't absorb all the protein in 3 can of tuna at once. You can digest from 1 to around 1.5 cans worth of protein (30g to 40g), the rest just becomes undigested fecal matter. What you're feeling is shit in your bowels fermenting up from gut bacteria.

        Sounds like you have digestion issues. Unless you're eating plant matter (dietary fiber and/or protease inhibitors) there's no reason why you wouldn't be able to digest all of the meat that enters your stomach outside of disease.

Based on the current evidence, we conclude that to maximize anabolism one should consume protein at a target intake of 0.4 g/kg/meal across a minimum of four meals in order to reach a minimum of 1.6 g/kg/day. Using the upper daily intake of 2.2 g/kg/day reported in the literature spread out over the same four meals would necessitate a maximum of 0.55 g/kg/meal.
