You need to burn all that sugar you just ate anon. Drink a lot of water for now and go to the gym in 2 hours. You need to redeem yourself

    Just stop buying junk food.

That's what I did, the first week you will open you fridge and cupboards on instinct searching for junk food that is not there.

After two weeks your subconscious catches up that you want to stop being a fat frick and you will lose the cravings.

I don't have junk food in my house. I end up getting ubereats/doordash or getting vending machine food at work. Tough to resist but I am very weak.

buy food and learn to cook at home. its not that hard and it saves you money and prevents you from being a fatty

True advice. If you don't buy it, you can't eat it. If you bought it, you already lost. This is the case if you aren't strongwilled, but that's what you probably are, assuming you are overweight, which can be a sign of lacking discipline.

Can't stand Doritos but melted Toblerone is good. Chocolate cheesecake is my crack. But I'm too tired to exercise.

Based. I only eat ice cream and cheesecake. Today I walked 6,000 steps.

If anyone is ever feeling like you can't work out at the gym, just show up. You don't have to exercise, but just scan your card or whatever & walk in & walk right back out. It helps preserve the habit. And the habit is what gets long term results

OP here again, I thought I'd go but it's late and I'm tired.

I may need to give up coffee to get better sleep. I should've tried this years ago.

Start manning the frick up and go to the gym more often. Say to yourself you'll only do 2 exercises or something, when you get there you'll do more of course.

If you don't start acting right you'll continue being fat.

My next workout involves squats at 380 lbs and bench press at 245 lbs for 5 reps each and I'm unsure if I can do them, so I need to only go if I feel great.

Don't buy that stuff and start spending that money on workout equipment so you don't have an excuse to not exercise with atleast weights.
