Supposed to add an inch to your arms. Is good to run with SS? Will it significantly negatively impact my lifts? Is there anything better to do for arm girth?
Each day is supposed to isolate the brachialis, long head, short head, etc separately. Targeting all individual muscles in an arm split.
He doesnt have big arms though? You can just see his muscle, but his muscle isnt really big. Why hasnt this program worked for him?
Because he isn't on fucking trenbolone. He probably is on SARMs though, because his arms are actually big, because the world isn't a Mr. Roidlympia stage
He measured them at 18 inches. He's got objectively big arms
sieg heils 3x15 every day
His arms arent big anon, I can see his arms. He isnt big, but has good conditioning.
Why do you want to do this if your goal is to have big lifts?
Want to be a powershitter? Do SS
Want to look good? Do what Athlean X says.
I wanna be a powershitter but with bigger biceps quick
Biceps are a waste of mass. You don't want them for powerlifting. It's just more unnecessary weight to have on your body for movements.
Why have biceps then? Strict curls? How do I train strict curls? Just do 3 sets of 5 with everything else?
That's only true if you're minnaxing to win a world championship within a given weight class. If you want to be generally strong, powerlifting while doing something like this for biceps is a decent approach
>you to can look like me.jpg
You absolutely can, are living I Detroit or something?

That's the picrel not the thumbnail silly billy
i'm talking about the youtube link
This guy is a fraud with terrible advice and you deserve what you get if you follow this retard.
Seems like a good idea to isolate the specific heads of the biceps for the purpose of hypertrophy on a week long split. Long head day, short head day, brachiallis day, tricep day. I've seen random small Indian newbiegains Youtubers trying this and gaining an inch. What's the issue?
