AthleanX arm program

Supposed to add an inch to your arms. Is good to run with SS? Will it significantly negatively impact my lifts? Is there anything better to do for arm girth?
Each day is supposed to isolate the brachialis, long head, short head, etc separately. Targeting all individual muscles in an arm split.

      Because he isn't on fucking trenbolone. He probably is on SARMs though, because his arms are actually big, because the world isn't a Mr. Roidlympia stage

        Biceps are a waste of mass. You don't want them for powerlifting. It's just more unnecessary weight to have on your body for movements.

          That's only true if you're minnaxing to win a world championship within a given weight class. If you want to be generally strong, powerlifting while doing something like this for biceps is a decent approach

      Seems like a good idea to isolate the specific heads of the biceps for the purpose of hypertrophy on a week long split. Long head day, short head day, brachiallis day, tricep day. I've seen random small Indian newbiegains Youtubers trying this and gaining an inch. What's the issue?
