    a lot of people figured they could go atkins but didn't take into consideration that sodium is super harmful at high levels so a lot of people ate sausage and hot dogs all day and ended up with even worse hypertension than they started with

    Lmao. He was the OG ketolard. He died of a heart attack. His arteries were ~90% blocked. What a fat homosexual. Ketolards will follow in his footsteps, instead of going keto at 50 like atkins did, they'll do it at 25 and die at 40.

    Whats crazy is I obsess over routines yet never over diets as I know how simply it is to eat clean.

    I don't know if I will ever figure out routines as I am either skinny fat or just skinny with decent biceps.

      Dude make your muscles hurt as much as possible and rest it away, rinse and repeat. Learn all the machines, all the dumbell and barbell lifts. Do them. Get DOMS. Rest. I believe in you buddeh.

        B-but the routine I've picked...you got to admit it's fricking confusing with so many routines and when to mix in cardio.

        I feel I have enough knowledge outside of the bawd machines where it looks like training to give birth. My cardio is constantly improving but were I to take on a bro split to annihilate a muscle group I don't know how I'd mix in cardio. Do you just go 45 mins on a treadmill and annihilate yourself on that too once you are done with chest?

            To annihilate every body part. To leave humanity behind. After thinking it over ppl seems like a better routine than strong lifts and will allow me to throw in machines I've been neglecting like pec deck.
