Yeah habits are powerful. If you get in the routine of hitting a fast food drive thru every night, you end up a bloatlord eventually. If you get in the routine of meal prepping every weekend, you end up a chad eventually.

Habits aren't even hard to change. It's only hard for the first week or so as you get used to the new routine. After that it's autopilot.

Another big tip is paycheck withholding. If you're doing okay with what you make, take your next raise and put it all into HSA/401k or whatever. Saving for something? Set it up to come out of every check and go into a savings account. After a check or two you won't even miss it.

Understand these 2 simple things and you can autopilot your way to being a rich chad.

this is the secret to life. I've maintained my fitness by just turning my brain off and mindlessly lifting after I wake up because it's just a habit.

      >Habits aren't even hard to change
I don't know about that. IST is a habit, and that's impossible to change.

This is why you should have regular pitstops in life where if big events aren't happening you should make a life change. I learned the same lesson you have.

The type that let's time fly by is the type that should invest in stocks/crypto/land/whatever.
Rip Van Winkle doesn't get shaken out or sell too early. If you play your cards right, at least when you wake up from autopilot you could have a mired physique, the white picket fence, and b***hes on your dick.

Good thing is if time flies by in no time itll be 5 years into your lifting career and youll be jacked. This is what i think about evertime i realize time is flying now. Long term payoffd just arrive sooner

    >I'm a lazy fricking hog loser
    >here's my essay on trying to seem esoteric about being lazy
working out takes about an hour, maybe 90 minutes a day. if you feel like doing that 3-4 times a week is too much work for you just have a nice day honestly

Your routine is being a NEET that just sits at home browses the internet and workout in homegym.

Years go by and you haven't seen your friends in months, years and feels like it was only last week you spoke to them.
