      I have wrists like you anon. I think it’s just over for us. We didn’t have the brute slugger brawler genetics.

      But they look so silly when I take pictures and I don't wanna be fat again. That's so unfair

        Forearms about grip strength mah homie brother. Anything that increases that will aid in forearm aesthetics. Farmer carry or just gripping as heavy plates as you can.

            Indirectly targeting forearms is better. Way easier to overload them and force growth.

            Like this. Pinch the plates. If you can actually hold 45s for a minute I would be surprised.

              Couldn't pinch 45s at all I tried 10lbs and was able to do 1 minute. Sweaty hands made me drop it though. I'll add this to my daily routine thanks. Do people just grip the holes on the big plates for this exercise or does that not focus the right muscles?

                No look up plate pinches. Have to grip it with your fingers not hold with the plate holes. Deadhangs help too

                Yep. Once one group of muscles gets big enough it really exposes weaknesses in others. Best of luck Black person

    Been lifting a few months ,my upper back is the only muscle group im kinda happy with tbh

    Any good lower back exercises?, gonna start doing RDLs and hyperextensions

    you can't, clown. I've been climbing for 10 years, I still have my tiny babby wrists. They get some small veins and maybe a bit more bony but that's it.
