Regular curls with more weight. 5xwhatever your range is. 6-12 or 8-16, etc. 3-4 second negatives. If you're not suffering and squealing like a piggy for the whole gym to hear, you're not going hard enough.
Unless you respond particularly well to a specific exercise, you should probably hit biceps in all ways possible. Have like 2 staple exercises and then a few that you mix in that hit them from different angles or with a different kind of tension. Personally, I feel like mine respond best from cable curls due to constant tension. I can also get away with doing relatively light weight and just focusing on contraction but I still do heavy curls now and then. Like I said, there's a time and place for almost every biceps exercise.

Forearm tendinitis is caused by lack of mobility and weakness. Stretch your wrists more and do wrist extension exercises more.

Ceps in normal lighting. Relatively low bf + best set was 10x40 lbs with each arm on dumbell twisting curls with full range of motion and no momentum.

I think BB curls are one of the worse biceps exercises.
Unless you do spider curls. Biceps need lots of time under tension.

I've just been doing barbell curls because I can't find an affordable dumbbell set. They're all so expensive for what you get.
