The leaning forward is super slight, just enough to not hit your wiener

Or just rub your dick, its not a big deal, I finish every deadlift rep with a shrug and the dick rub is unavoidable at the top of a deadlift

leaning forwards actually engages the upper traps more. that's why olympic lifters always have great traps. it's all the (clean) pulls they do.

The real fricking solution is to widen your grip untill the bar falls just above your dick. A wider grip supposedly works the traps better also due to the way the fibers run. Or use dumbells, might need straps. I would just do deadlifts and bent over rows though.
