    I was doing these one time and a skinnyfat middle aged man dude walks up to me and says that I'm doing them wrong. I told him holding them like this focuses on the forearms. He look at me confused and says "But you're supposed to hold them like THIS!" and does a regular curl. I just said "Oh shit, really?! Thanks for telling me, bro." He just waves his hand and says "No problem my man!" Then he leaves and 20 minutes later his telling the receptionist that "someone" has clogged the toilet in the women's restroom. The receptionist asks how he knows this because you need a card to enter the women's restroom, and he just says "Some other girl told me" before he leaves.

      Max for perfect form twenty reps five sets (ten per arm becuase no one should do both arms at once) is 24kg/52lb for me. But i fell for the "powerlifting trains biceps" meme and missed two years of developing my arms.
