        It takes around 2 years to get 90% of natty gains, so your progress is normal.
        If you want, you could try upping the protein and maybe getting on creatine supplementation.

              I don't know. Im just down in the dumps right now. I feel really bad. I am on the verge of suicide at this point. Just lost a job as a bouncer. Was told that I was too "rigid" as far as the rules went. I didn't do anything other then turn away minors. Stand and monitor people. I noticed other bouncers acted like paid bar attendees

      Day 1: full body mild/moderate workout
      Day 2: arms,chest,shoulders and lats
      Day 3: core and a touch up on anything needing extra

      Try to do HIT lift to failure techniques and ORM to trigger hypertrophy. Avoiding most YouTube advice due to it being so contradictory even for a real "science".

          Day one: Chest flies, barbell curls, military press, skull crushers, bench press, dips curls, shrugs, sitting rows, lat pull down and dead lifts if I got the energy if not they go to day three

          5 minutes of planks, sit ups, pull ups, delt raises on front and side
