>protein shake and eggs for breakfast, but after that each whatever sounds good
>consider this absolute minimal effort to stay in shape
>still in better shape than 90% of the guys I see on the street, even the ones half my age

It's ridiculous how little effort it takes to be in the 90th percentile fitness-wise, how are people so damn lazy?

Maintaining is super easy, progressing is different. I can maintain my lifts and body training full body 1x a week. My 315 bench stays 315. But actually progressing with my lifts requires elite programming and 4-6x frequency.

It's a nice ego boost to be told the agegap thing doesn't apply to you.

Most people don't find the time once they have kids
    Do you have some?
Not that they make it impossible though

If you can afford children, you can afford home equipment.

All you need to be in top 10% is not be fat, which doesn take any times, it actually gives you more time.
And do 20-30 min bodyweight circuit workouts 3 times per week, also good if you have dumbbells, but not necessary.

Just be tall with some muscle and it’s nearly impossible to be fat. This has always been the case for me, along with building as much muscle as possible in my young years.

Nobody has discipline anymore. They all want instant gratification and to sit on their ass eating twinkies and smoking pot instead of putting in the work

      >instead of putting in the work
It honestly reminds me of all the people out there that are broke and keep saying education is not needed to be financially stable. It honestly makes me feel sad to see people who can't afford to go to school let alone even have time to study towards another career.

Respect to you to keep disciplined but a 1hr workout is beginner tier. I doubt you even have any sort of muscle definition. Im hoping your cardio system is healthy though

How long does it take you to work out? I get about 20 sets and a warm up in an hour.

Post body OP. The routine you describe is not enough to make you look like the pic you posted.

As for looking better than 90% of people, yeah not hard most people are fat and moronic

Also 41 here. Been working out since I was 14.

    What's your split OP?
I'm aiming for more protein lately as the pump isn't as easy to get as it was in high school, but I'm still never gonna stop lifting.

What's your daily cardio and split?
