You need to start fasting right now. And clean and go OMAD and fast 2-3 days at a time. Keep going for several months. Keep exercising while you do it. Calorie restriction doesn't work if you're a fatty with no self control. You need to quit food completely. Train yourself to ignore your hunger. Fasting is the only way.
